These individual beaded beads are a development of my original Peyote Bobbles Necklace which is a result of my experimenting with tubular peyote stitch.
Whilst beading these for the article 'Developing Peyote Bobbles' which was published in the September 2004 issue of the Beadworkers Guild journal, I also took the idea a few steps further and beaded the large pink, gold and black pendant that sits towards the centre of the photo.
Once I had beaded this pendant and realised that I could use the same technique on a larger scale, I continued experimenting and came up with flat pendant found on this necklace.
