Orders

  • Physical items - these are posted generally within 5 working days of your order (usually sooner) unless stated otherwise on the item page. Shipping is via Royal Mail and is 1st class within the UK and by Airmail everywhere else. Tracking is not automatically included with the Royal Mail so if you would like to be able to track your delivery please contact me before ordering
  • Please note that whilst airmail can be quick around the World the pandemic has delayed postage worldwide and so items will not be considered lost until after 12 weeks
  • Digital items - these are available to be downloaded instantly and you will receive both an email with the appropriate links to do this (at the email address you used to purchase- the one associated with your PayPal account if you used that) and once you complete your purchase if you click 'return to merchant' then the links will appear on your screen.
  • Some patterns are available for instant download via my Etsy shop but if you are within the EU you will have to pay VAT
  • Please note that I am not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur so please check before you place an order. If your order is returned to me because you did not pick it up/ pay the duty/import/taxes/customs/etc then, depending on the kit, I maybe able to send it once more or send you a refund minus the appropriate cost of the pattern and postage paid

Returns

  • Physical items - within the EU - In accordance with the European Union Directive on Consumer Rights you have 14 days, from receipt of your order, to return the item to me (at your cost) for a refund. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the item back in the same condition it was sent to you in. If you would like a refund, or to cancel a sale, then please contact me
  • Physical items - outside the EU - If you wish to send any items back to me for a refund please contact me. Any items for return need to be shipped at your cost and any refund paid will be minus my actual shipping & packaging costs (my items prices are postage included but this will be removed from the refund. Any customs or handling fees I can charged to receive the item back will also be taken from the refund or, if more than the refund owed, the return will be refused.
  • Digital items - these are not covered by the European Union Directive on Consumer Rights and as such cannot be refunded

Classes

  • Classes organised by me - Classes can be paid for by cheque or PayPal (using a PayPal account or Credit/ Debit card). For either method please contact me and let me know how you would like to pay. Once a booking has been received, I will send out confirmation, directions and a detailed requirements list. If a class you are interested in is fully booked, please do still contact me. I can put you on the waiting list or let you know if any more dates are available. If there is sufficient demand for a class, I may add new dates - so do let me know if you are interested. Places can be reserved for up to one week by contacting me as above. However, until full payment has been received, a class place cannot be guaranteed. Unless otherwise stated, no materials are included in the class fee. If minimum numbers are not achieved for a particular class, I reserve the right to cancel it and refund fees paid. If I have to cancel the class for any reason, a full and immediate refund will be sent to you. Once a place has been booked and paid for refunds cannot be given and changes to other dates (if they are available) may not be possible
