I'm trying to avoid all work for a few days and of course am at a loss of what to do with myself. So I'm baking up a storm and doing a jigsaw whilst anything is in the oven. So far I've made cream eclairs (much, much tastier than they looked) and an Austrian Coffee Cake - delicious!
