The Basics
- If at any time you have any problems just contact me and I will do all I can to help.
- These patterns are all "instant downloads" which means they will be automatically and instantly emailed to you to save onto your computer or printout yourself.
- The email address the pattern will be sent to will be the one you give when you purchase, or the one associated with your PayPal account. If you do not receive the pattern immediately please confirm you are checking the correct email account and also check your junk mail folder.
- All prices are in GB Pounds (Sterling) but don’t worry about this. When you check-out, this will be taken care of automatically and the currency conversion will happen without you having to do anything. If you want, you can click on the appropriate flag to show you an approximation of the price in your local currency.
- The check-out is run by PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account, you can use any credit or debit card to pay.
- If you use a PayPal account to pay, the link to download the pattern will be emailed to the address associated with the account.
- You are automatically given nine chances to download the file but this can of couse be extended if you have any issues. If you have any problems, just contact me. The same applies if you lose access to the files, lose your computer etc just contact me and I will resend you the links.
- If the pattern is free, you won’t need to check out. When you click on download, you will be given the option to Open or Save. Select Save to save onto your computer or Open to simply open and then print. I recommend saving the files so you can access them at any future time.
- If you want to pay by cheque, please contact me and I will let you know the address and full details. Please note I can only accept cheques in Pounds (Sterling).
- If you have any discount codes, add them before checking out.
To download patterns & instructions, just follow these simple steps
- Choose your patterns and add them to your shopping cart
- You can add as many as you want and continue shopping until you’re finished.
- Select the add to cart button for the item(s) you wish to download.
- When you have added all your items, select the view cart button (you can view your shopping cart at anytime during your visit - you can add or delete items in the shopping cart).
- Check out
- Click on the PayPal button in the shopping cart. You will then be taken to PayPal.
- Check all the details are correct.
- Enter your details, or log into your account.
- When your payment has been authorised, you'll be sent to a page with the links to the files - you'll also be sent an email with the links. (Please check your junk mail folder if you've not been emailed the link).
- Save or print the file
- Select the link to the required file and you'll be asked if you want to Open or Save the file.
- Select Save to save the file to your computer, or Open to open the file and print
About the files
The files are in the PDF format. To view them, you will need pdf reader software. You probably have this already installed on your computer - but if not, you can download it from here.
