I'm going through a lot of my beadwork at the moment, labelling & boxing items, and was pleased to have an excuse to rummage out these miniature French wire beaded flowers.

It's funny how something that can be such a large part of your life for a long time can fade into the background and before you know it you barely remember it even existed.

These flowers remind me of that.

For many years this was a hugely popular class of mine and one I still teach often privately but of course everyone always wants the newest class, the newest pattern etc and so even though these are a classic they've faded into the background. But hopefully not for much longer...
