Oops - all that working of my left-hand came back to haunt me this evening as I sat at bead group and was suddenly overwhelmed with pain in my left thumb & wrist and a complete loss of grip.
Cue yet another trip to the walk-in clinic and the discovery that I have tendonitis.
I guess no beading or stitching for me for a few days.
