Phew!

After months of work the instructions for my Christmas 2016 Secret Beadalong are on their way around the World to all the eager beaders who are itching to dive in and get beading.

The actual beadalong doesn't begin until the 1st December, so there won't be any photos shared anywhere until then, but after that you'll be able to see photos here and also on my Secret Beadalong Facebook page (you don't need an account to view it).

The instructions for these projects are always a lot of work to write, and it's a very different experience from my usual instruction writing as you can't rely on someone having seen a photo of the project to learn a lot about it (in fact they definitely haven't - only myself and Mr Jean Power have even seen my piece in person and so far no photos of it exist!).

Instead you have to explain something in just words, close-up photos & diagrams and these instructions have spread to over 100 steps, 85+ photos and diagrams and 37 pages with over 9,000 words to explain what is a very beautiful and sparkly project.

I can't wait for December so I can begin to see all the different ones springing up around the World.
