Rivoli Beadwork Volume 2 (just like Volume 1) has 5 different themed chapters for the projects ('Seed Beads', 'Pearls', 'Geometric', 'Extra Sparkle' and 'Shaped Beads').
Shown here is one of my favourite series of projects from its pages: 'Bundles of Prong Bezels' which features in the 'Shaped Beads' chapter.
As soon as I first discovered 'Prong beads' a few years ago I knew exactly how I wanted to use and was delighted when the my experimenting resulted in a basic formula to create a bezel which looks like 'claw set' jewellery with lots of different sizes of Rivolis (in this case 12mm, 14mm, 16nn & 18mm plus 27mm Crown Stones) just by varying the number of repeats.
As always with each project I give you the colours I used so you can bead exactly what I did, and I tell you how to cover the backs of each piece!
