I've long been a fan of making my own bread & butter so when I heard that Honey & Co were hosting Butter Culture for a talk about their book, and a tasting of some recipes from it, I booked a ticket as soon as I could.
It was really interesting to hear about the starting of their business and taste some amazing food (butter chicken, salad with buttermilk dressing and buttermilk tarts for example) and soon you too can listen to the conversation when it's released as a podcast.
