I've written before about my love for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and although I really need to spend a day resting the fact that today is my only chance to see it this year gets me out of bed and off to Piccadilly.
This year I saw some work I fell in love with but as I visited the show so late all the things I love were either sold or about £100,000 out of my price range.
I was really pleased to discover the work of Vanessa Gardiner and Rennie Pilgrem and get to see some new work by David Mach.
The exhibitions last day is 18th August so rush if you can get there.
