Ever since I first saw a piece of her work back about ten years I ago I have adored the art of Suzanne Golden. Finally meeting her in 2009 only confirmed my view that she is an amazing lady and now she has a book coming out I am ready to explode with excitment!

Unfortunately it's not a book just of her work- if it was I would have exploded already- but it's the next best thing- a book curated by her of bead artists from around the World.

I have been very fortunate to be sent the book in advance to review and put simply my review could be just 'wow'. I have ached for a book like this for so long- and if you like beadwork then this is the book for you. Whether you like beadwork used as jewellery, art or political statement (or all 3 at the same time) there is something in this book for you. I don't want to spoil the surprise by mentioning anyone who is in there but I guarantee there are so many artists you will never have heard of before- what a treat.

I just wish the book was out sooner so you could all see the pictures it contains- until then I'll just drool over my advance copy.
