A Quaintrelle is a woman who lives a life of passion, expressed through personal style, leisurely pastimes, charm, and cultivation of life's pleasures... sounds like a beader to me!

Quaintrelle is an amalgamation project where I have gone back to some previous beadwork and combined different elements from different projects & Beadalongs to create a project which has been in my mind for a little while...

You may notice it combines the principle of the Pendant from the Summer 2020 Secret Beadalong with the Rope from the Summer 2023 Secret Beadalong and a Vessel based on the one in my Mostra
project.

The necklace centrepiece is formed of a reversible Pendant on a Pendant Hanger both of which use striking Swarovski Dome crystals along with 2mm Swarovski Pearls. The centrepiece & adornment are designed to be stored on & in the co-ordinating Stand to give the effect of a beaded adornment on the Stand.

The Rope is a Beautifully flexible one which uses 2 different sizes of Miyuki seed beads with SuperDuos but you can of course use any other Rope you prefer

This is an intermediate+ project and you must be very comfortable with Peyote Stitch, small beads and following instructions.

This is a very-limited kit which will never be repeated once supplies are gone and I have no plans to sell it as a separate pattern

Each Swarovski Dome & 2mm Pearl set (which is enough to make a Quaintrelle necklace with reversible adornment along with a Stand in the size of your choice) contains:

• 2 x 14mm Swarovski Dome
• 300+ Swarovski 2mm pearls
• 46-page digital & physical copy of the instructions
• 15 online videos showing the whole project being beaded

You need to add:

• Size 11 Cylinder beads e.g. Delicas or Aikos
• Size 15 Miyuki seed beads
• Optional- SuperDuo beads for the rope
• Needle & thread

The sets come in 20 different colour schemes based around 5 different colours of Domes (if you would like a different combination then just email me on jean@jeanpower.com). Begin by choosing the Dome you want and then after that which Pearls can come with it- the letter in brackets (ie A) is the name of the set you want to order. The colour schemes are:

• Sets A-G: Iris Domes with either Light Grey (Set A), Vintage Gold (Set B), Light Gold (set C), Dreamy Rose (Set D), Rose Gold (Set E), Mulberry (Set F) or Platinum (Set G) Pearls
