I'm away from home at the moment so don't have all my stash and supplies with me. I was excitedly beading a lovely snake ring from Sharon Erwine but the reel of thread I bought with me keeps breaking so I've had to abandon that unfortunately.

With Bead going to 8 issues from now on it's panic stations all round as I get used to the new time-table. Instead of my usual 8 weeks between each issue, 6 of them will be just 5 weeks apart. And as you all know, 3 weeks is a lot of time to lose in beading!

After the rubber-stamp making class I recently took and all my purchases in the US, I felt that making my own cards this year would at least cancel out some of the guilt I feel over spending so much!
