Phew - my first batch of new projects for the book and all their instructions are done and ready to hand in. I have also done all the instructions I need to for the other contributors and am starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. Just in time for the countdown for the next batch to begin!

I recently found out about the London Gastronomy Seminars and when I saw they had one planned for this evening entitled 'Microbial ecology, fermentation, and flavour' I rapidly booked a ticket.

I was so busy last year I didn't get to see the Knitting & Stitching Show so when a friend told me they were putting on a spring show in London I was very excited- even more so when I realised it was another great excuse to see Merle again.
