I headed off on a long walk today over the cliff-tops, down sand dunes, through the quayside and the town. It was wonderful to get the sun on me and feel the wind.

A trip to the lovely St Ives today and a wander around all the shops and galleries where I fell in love with a painting of Smeaton lighthouse and so had to take a photo to compare it to.
