There's a tube strike today so my 2-hour journey turned into a 4-hour one, all for the sake of a less than 3 minute appointment.

I only launched my restocked Rivoli medals pack on Friday but immediately they sold out so I've had to rapidly get more stock in for a new set and so this evening is spent putting together random selections aka playing with rivolis.

My latest bead embroidery piece is based on a Manhattan cocktail, of course with a cherry. My general life advice is you should never miss an opportunity to have a cherry, maraschino or otherwise.

Day 2 of our heatwave here in London and it's expected to hit 33C/ 92F today - apparently the hottest we've had in 9 years.

A lovely heatwave has hit London (today it hit 30C/ 86F which is almost unheard of for us!) and my workrooms at the top of the house have turned into little saunas.
