I wrote recently about making a ceramic cheese plate and it's now been glazed & fired and I got to use it for the first time yesterday.
For its inaugural use I had dried figs, caper berries, dried dates stuffed with blue cheese, goats cheese & hot honey, cheese with apricot in and some nuts & corn with rosemary.
I'm gonna need a bigger plate…back to the clay for me…
