Learning From Matter At Hand

A fun day with Matter at Hand at Miel Bakery learning the basic of ice-cream making from this talented maker who always has a delicious, clever & inventive twist on flavour.

We made different flavours (tomato, basil and juniper & orange) and tried some amazing others plus sauces and I came home fired-up to get back to ice-cream making which I've neglected the past few months.
