Sacred Star is a beaded ornament/ decoration which sits on its own specially designed stand which can be used to display it all year round.

Sacred Star was inspired by the large (7.5m diameter) glass star which was lifted atop one of the towers of Sagrada Familia in Barcelona in 2021 with the 12 beaded star points reflecting the shape of the original and even the beadwork texture is designed to combine the stars geometric shape along with the rough surface finish which is purposefully added to the stone blocks used in real life.

The optional stand was designed to reflect the shape of the tower top which holds the star and uses a geometric beadwork technique to create a framework which is both beautiful & practical.

The individual components which make up the main body of the piece can also be used to make jewellery.
