The joy of demonstrating with big beads!
Ever since I first began teaching I've always demonstrated using large beads as it's the easiest way for students to be able to see everything up close and (in in-person classes) handle the teaching samples and really get to understand not just how something is made but why it's made that way.
Thankfully that method transfer will to virtual classes and every week my stash of these big, colourful pieces grows and I love being able to return to them again & again when I reteach a class.
