Some Time Off

I'm trying to take a few days off but it's tricky when there's so much to do.

But yesterday I made the most of the sunny day with some work in the garden and managed to only spend 4 hours working on the computer/ phone instead of my usual 12-16.

Progress!

Today I made some amazing Negroni ice-cream with extra Campari poured on top = bitter heaven.
Makes enough for 4:

  • 375ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • 30g sugar
  • 60ml Campari (plus extra to pour on top)
  • 30ml gin
  • 30ml sweet vermouth
  • 250ml mix of double cream & milk

Combine all ingredients, pop in ice cream machine... enjoy!
