Sadly today is the last day of the Bead Sparks retreat and I'm already sad about it ending but happy we get to have another full day all of us together beading and having fun.

Each day the students have stayed in the same classroom and us teachers have rotated and it's meant that everyone gets to do a class with all the teachers but that they can get comfy where they are and still do a full days class with each teacher.

Today's gift to everyone is this great book 20 to Craft: Tassels by Carolyn Schulz from Search Press which is why I beaded my carrier beads & tassels necklace (which all attendees got the instructions for) and a new version of my Caroline necklace to show a way to use tassels with your beadwork.

Today we also had a beaded bead swap and it was great fun to get to see some of the many pieces that people (including myself and Stephanie Burnham) made to share with each other.

But sadly before we knew it the day, and the retreat was over and it was time for everyone to wend their way home... but it won't be long until we're doing it all again...
