I've written before about my love for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and today was the day I got to go this year.
As always the exhibition was full of colour & contrasts but sadly very little I fell in love with but it is always a joy to spend hours wandering looking at art & colour.
Afterwards we headed to Pollen Street Social for one of the most amazing meals I've ever had. The food was out of this world, but it was the service, cleverness & atmosphere that tipped it into the truly amazing and I hope to go again.
Our busy day wasn't over and so we headed to the Victoria & Albert Museum for the Mary Quant exhibition which was full of colour, pattern & shapes - a real feast for the eyes.
