A trip out this evening to hear a wonderful talk on automata by Michael Start who runs The House of Automata.
The talk was really enlightening and the exhibition (A Curious Turn) contained many wonderful things such as the miniatures by Laurence and Angel St Leger, intriguing pieces by Paul Spooner and a beautiful deer by Melanie Tomlinson (who I was at LOOT with).
