Tetra Star At StitchnCraft Beads

posted: Friday, 14 July 2017

I headed down to the lovely StitchnCraft Beads today to teach myTetra Star class.

This is an advanced class but the time and fiddliness pays off as in the end you get an amazing 3-dimenional Star (which can be worn or be an ornament) with a secret opening...

After class I knew I was heading down to Dorset and then onto Cornwall for a week away and, though I had packed some beading to do, I fancied something new and so treated myself to a Bollywood Bangles pattern by Joan Fisher and fingers crossed I'll manage to do some. Last year I treated myself to some lovely patterns from Sian Nolan and never even managed to get them out of the bag. As soon as my life gets a bit quieter in September (again fingers crossed) they're top of my 'beading-for-fun-to-do-list'.
