Rope Choices

I'm still working away on my new necklaces and it's reached the point where I need to make a decision on what rope I want to use.

For visual continuity reasons it needs to be a stitch with the bead holes running up and down the length so brick or herringbone are my main choices.

So far I've auditioned 8 different variations playing with the number of beads per round and altering the stitches from plain to twisted.

I think after all those hours of beading that brick stitch it is (a stitch I rarely use) and so now I just need to bead the few metres I need for the projects I'm working on.
