It seems just typical of my luck health-wise that I wake up pain-free shoulder-wise but with a stinking cold. So I spend the day spluttering, coughing and drinking Lemsip. My immune system seems shot at the moment so I'm trying to help it as much as I can with healthy food, vitamins and 12 hours sleeps but as yet it's not taking the hint and getting its act together.

But I managed to fit in some beading and am still working on my new project. It will be a pendant with matching earrings and it's nice being able to use the earrings to show off the variation idea I had for the pendant.

Then it was off to bed where I indulged my latest obsession- watching quilting demonstrations on YouTube. I am especially in love with those by The Missori Star Quilting Co and have about 10 quilts I now want to make. Just as soon as I finish my first one of course.
