Our escaping for 40 hours has done us the world of good and it is time for us to head home.
Despite being the 1st of December the day is mild and very sunny as we say our goodbyes, after being fortified by glasses of freshly made carrot juice from huge organic carrots grown by a neighbour of my parents.
