I've been crazily busy lately and up all night with insomnia so when I got an email asking me for lunch I leapt at the chance knowing that although it would eat into my day it would pay me back many times over in replenishment.
Lunch was at Sedap and four of us dined, chatted, laughed and caught up before I headed home refreshed and ready to take on the World again.
