One of my favourite pieces of all I have ever beaded is my Heroine Necklace. I have such find memories of Gabriella van Diepen modelling it and bringing it to life as she did so.

This necklace was one of my Designer of the Year projects for Beadwork Magazine and over time I've been delighted to see versions of it beaded all over the World. It's especially pleasing as its not a subtle piece and takes a long time to make (mine took me about 150 hours to design, bead, unbead and bead again) so when anyone makes the leap of faith to create it I'm delighted.
