Next week I'm teaching a 5-day bead embroidery summer school and I can't wait!

When I have spoken to people about it recently they all expressed surprise that I did bead embroidery- but I do and I love it. Admittedly it's been quite a while since I have been able to dedicate a lot of time to it (er, maybe back in 2007?!?) but in the past year I've done two bead embroidery projects as classes (my bird measuring tape and Liekulis Necklace) and in 2012 I made a few things which I've not shown here before, so I do still keep it up.

The course will cover making a sampler as a reference for all the bead embroidery stitches anyone would ever need as well as 3 projects- one of which will be a pair of soutache earrings.

Here's to a week playing with beads and colour and seeing if I can resist adding in any angles or corners...
