My life has been taken over my beading for my new book (check back soon for more details) but I raised my head from my beading tray this evening for gin adventures.
Tonight it was a trip to the City of London Distillery where a friend and I (the wonderful friend who saved me with the books back in November) spent the evening learning about how they distill their gin, viewing their gorgeous copper still (sorry I forgot to take a photo) and then sampling their gin.
Well it'd be rude not to taste it after all that...
