Photographs And Amazon

When making Geometric Beadwork available for sale it was very important to me to support bead and book shops. The biggest rival to all of these shops is of course Amazon whose buying power and business decisions means they can sell books at a loss which smaller businesses can't compete with. So I had decided not to sell with them.

However, after so many requests from people who want to buy the book on Amazon (they have vouchers or it is easier for them to ask friends and families for it as a present or they can add it to wish-list etc) I have done a lot of investigation and I can make it available on Amazon as a seller myself, so if this is a better option for you then you can buy Geometric Beadwork here.

I have yet to negotiate the bureaucractic maze and convince Amazon.com, .de, .fr etc that the book is not out of print and does exist but I'm hopefully getting there and in the meantime you can use the UK site to order from.

Today was a day of learning how to take better photos with Martin Norris and I came home with my mind full of new knowledge and enthusiasm to take better photos- and a yearning for a a ligthbox. Though Martin was great and showed us how to take photos both with and without 'professional' equipment so I now know just how useful pieces of black and white cardboard are.
