Eternal Optimist?

I'm busy packing for my Geometric Stars class tomorrow and in the midst of that, and a million other jobs, I decided to have a bit of a tidy-up of my 'bead room'.

The title makes it seem like it is a treasure trove full of delights, which of course it is, but it's also the spare bedroom/ storage/ dumping room and unfortunately never seems to function well as any of them. One day I will have a lovely desk to work at. I dream of a work surface with room for me to write, bead, carve wax, play with colour etc. One day.

Whilst tidying I found lots of items I had simply forgotten about, mainly these variety of frames and albums I had bought over the years fully meaning to do some bead embroidery to embellish them. Of course I have not done any of that, yet I am still frequently tempted to buy more.

Does that make me an eternal optimist or just plain dumb?

Or just someone who can't be trusted to enter Paperchase unsupervised?
