Curry And Samosas

I am up and about today and head off for a cooking course I have long been looking forward to.

It's a while since I have been to L'Atelier Des Chefs, but I had some vouchers I needed to use up so headed off there today for a course on cooking "seabass curry" and "date and orange samosas".

It feels like ages since I have done any "proper" cooking, so it was a real treat to learn something new and get to eat it afterwards.

p.s. It was all a lot tastier than it looks in my photos!
