After 3+ years I'm adding the last stitches to my Peacock needlepoint kit from Emily Peacock.
This has been a long, long work in progress and I'm glad to have it done.
It's all done in the same diagonal stitch and, being the sort of person who loves starting something new, I was itching to move onto something new about a week in.
But I persevered for 3 more years as it's so gorgeous I was desperate to finish it.
It was a real personal challenge not to drop it & move on to some fancy stitches and I'm so glad I stuck with it and am excited to now turn it into a finished piece.
