I'm finally now back home having landed from California at 10am last Thursday and then heading out at 11am the next morning for a long weekend away with friends in preparation for a wedding in May.
Last night was just the 5th night I've slept in my own bed in 39 days and even though I love travelling I'm glad to be at home, mainly, for the next few months.
Whilst away we stayed in a beautiful house full of great artwork and I was pleased to find a beautiful piece of embroidery hanging in the kitchen.
