It's my 2nd day teaching at City Beads and I can't even begin to tell you how excited I was when Onye Ndika walked in!
Onye is someone whose spirit has been a big influence on me for 7 years now since she first emailed me and I have always been sad that I only got to meet her once and then only for a few minutes. So to have her walk in the room as a surprise and then get to spend all day with her and see some of her fabulous beadwork - just wonderful.
So wonderful I forgot to again take any photos and my only record of today is this photo someone kindly took of the two of us together.
