Fermented Foods Class

Today I excitedly headed off to Made In Hackney for a fermented foods class.

We spent a jam-packed and fascinating few hours making, and tasting, sauerkraut, kimchi, nut cheeses, fruit salsa, komboucha, water kefir, rejuvelac and much more.

We all left full of stomach and mind and ready to continue fermenting at home.
