A lovely day in Yateley teaching 20 beaders all the intricacies of geometric beadwork with Tila beads.
Ever since I first began demonstrating using these large Hama beads (thank you Carole Horn!) I've been thankful for them. The idea of demonstrating any beading using tiny seed beads horrifies me now. with these large beads everyone can see what I'm doing and talking about and the samples are large enough for them to hold, rotate, twist etc to get a better idea of what they're aiming for and how the pieces are made.
