My mum is a great cook and has worked hard for today but I have to admit that my greatest contribution has been putting stuff on plates & in bowls and folding & decorating 36 napkins.

Today's meal (a choice of 6 soups, 4 breads and 6+ desserts) went really well and by the end of it we have raised a good amount of money for my parents' church's Lenten appeal which is raising money for the education of women and girls in Afghanistan.

It was such a busy day I only had a chance to snap photos of the bread baskets being filled and some salt & sugar jars I'm trying to convince my mum to give me so photo of the napkins and a kitten trying to make his escape courtesy of my parents.
