I've been home about 5 days now and in that time I've been sleeping, beading and catching up on emails.

Recently it seems that all the beading I've been doing has been using Fireline. I've written before about how I struggle to use it (and this photo shows that I still do) but... I have to say I think I'm getting used to it. I still have the issue of not being able to get a physical grip on it so my tension is a lot looser than I like it to be (or sometimes need it to be) and I also still find it tires my hands out. But... I think I may be using it a lot more in the future - something I never thought I'd say!

In my travelling absence Mr Jean Power has found not only a nice local gardening shop but it seems also a new found love of gardening (well, taking care of our new small lawn to be exact). So he took me out on a visit to the centre and overwhelmed by choices and decisions (I have no idea where to even begin with gardening) I simply took photos.
