A quieter day today so we could pack and recover after a busy few days. Everything I've been up to on top of having my neck manipulated has worn me out and I needed the later start.
Brunch was a trip to Virage which sits on the corner of where we were staying and we've walked past it every day so it seemed about time to pop it- and it was worth the visit. We dined on octopus salad, lobster mac & cheese and arancini.
We enjoyed ourselves so much last night that we convinced our teacher to run his other class on molecular cocktails for us this evening and we spent a few hours playing with alcohol, agar agar, nitrous oxide and interesting gadgets.
