On her visit my mum has brought over to give to me a plate my parents bought the year I was born.
The plate is by Wedgwood and though I love lots of their pieces a lot really aren't for me, so I was apprehensive to see it. But once I opened it I was in love. The colours; reds, oranges and blues, are lovely and the Camelot inspired decoration won me over.
I've been looking up their other Calendar Plates and this one is for me the best so I'm delighted it was my year- even though that does mean I'm starting to get on a bit!
