Clouds And Currents

I've mentioned my youngest sister before and I'm so delighted that all her, and her husband's, very hard work is paying off and their business is going from strength to strength.

They very recently moved into a new space as they had long outgrown working from home and I've been itching to go and see them and today was my first opportunity so I leapt at it.

Her business is called Clouds and Currents and whilst it's been lovely seeing photos of her new products, seeing them in person is something else- much like beadwork. They have invested in a laser cutter which has brought exciting times for them, and for me as I hope to launch some very exclusive beading kits, beads and components using it. It was fun watching the cutter do its work as we discussed possibilities and how I could use it for beading related items.

They both have a really nice design aesthetic and everything is carefully designed, thought through and refined until it's just right. Something I need to learn!

I came away coveting one of their personalised chopping boards for my new home (fingers crossed just 2-3 weeks to go) and and my mind racing with ideas for using the laser cutter...
