I've just spent a great 2 days with the lovely Worcestershire Beaders. Unfortunately I completey forgot my camera when packing so you'll have to imagine the great things they all beaded.

I had such a stressful time getting there (a long story involving multiple problems hence my journey taking hours longer than it should have) but once I was there it all got better and I even managed to get some crochet done in the evening (whilst chatting of course).

I'm back home now and have begun my first beading of 2013- finally!

When I was in New York I once again met up with the fabulous Merle Berelowitz who is creating these wonderful hand painted flowers. Of course I wasn't able to resist getting a few packets and have finally put beads to thread to create a project with them. I know exactly what I want to do- just am daunted by the hours of beading a rope which is ahead of me. Fortunately the colourful flowers on my bead mat are helping ease the pain.
