I Am In Love

Apart from lots of sniffles and exhaustion my flu has subsided- just in time for me to spend days doing my tax return.

One day I'll wise up and learn to be efficient from the get go, or at least do it in April when everything is fresh in my mind. Oh well.

I took a break yesterday to head to the cinema with my sister but there was a problem with the screen, so instead we wandered around Camden Passage where I went into one of my favourite shops in the World- and which I have no idea of its name as it doesn't have it outside the shop and no internet presence whatsoever. The shop, run by a lovely man named Paul, specialises in modernist design so lots of 1930s- 1970s Danish furniture, lighting, ceramics etc- all of which I adore.

As we browsed I spotted this ceramic wall plaque of pegasus and immediately fell in love. It was made in the Soholm Studio by Josef Simon and today I found myself back there buying it having thought about it all night.

There are also ones with a cat and owls...I can see a collection building...
