A Is For Another Apron

All my searching online for an apron the last few weeks got me thinking maybe I could make my own one. Then I remembered that I am completely incompetent at such things and perhaps I needed a lesson. Fortunately I found one at The Make Lounge for this evening taught by Suzanne Cowan (who coincidentally made two of the books in the new book-making book I bought last week.

The class was a nice 3-hour one which was perfect for the project and it went right from the basics of pinning a pattern and cutting fabric to finishing the actual project and I went home with a delightfully colourful stripey apron. The hardest part of the evening was choosing the fabric.
