Back To The Hand...

...for now at least, though I have at least 6 other beading projects I want to get done by the end of April. Hmm...

Fortunately this has now reached the stage where I no longer need to follow a chart and I can simply bead the rest of the length as I see fit, only stopping when I want to. I think another 20 or so rows will do.

Unfortunately I have an annoying should injury which is slowing me down, giving me pain & headaches and making me decidedly fed-up so today I escape to the osteopath for some restorative treatment and a general MOT. Re-invigorated I decide not to rush home and work but instead to have dinner out and go to the cinema.

The only film starting at a good time was Mirror Mirror and as I had seen the trailer, and wanted some fantasy and humour in my day, I reckoned it would be a good choice. And it was. For some reason this hasn't been getting great reviews but I loved it. It was funny, clever and engaging. But, even if it hadn't been, it's worth going to see just for the costumes and the colour. Like a multi-coloured injection to the brain. Just what I needed.
