The other day I needed clothes hangers and went and bought some without a second thought.

Today I realised I needed some more (all that recent clothes shopping, oops) and headed to a different shop only to find they had them in at least 8 different colours.

Immediately my want list went from 5 hangers to about 40, but I settled for these three colours. Now I'm just debating different ways to 'accidentally' break all my standard black ones so that I might be more inclined to put my clothes away properly as I'd get to use these colourful beauties.

I also managed to add some extra colour into my life by buying 9 bags of picture beads to make samples and demonstrate in classes with. These are perfect for the job as their shape matches cylinder beads and their size means everyone can see what I'm doing. Whilst I was in the shop I realised that rather than throw them all into one big pot, I wanted to keep them separate, and was delighted to discover a collection of 20 differently coloured boxes- perfect. You have no idea how happy sorting the bags of beads into the boxes made me.
